Short Review: 100 Words or Less (no spoilers)
I know this film is considered to be the “greatest martial arts movie ever made” according to many cinematic scholars, but I don’t think it’s quite that good. Maybe it’s because I watched this film for the first time in 2017 (I know, unclutch your pearls!) or maybe it’s just not my particular cup of tea. I think it’s good overall and I think the fight scenes are impressive, but I don’t think the movie is life-changing or mind-blowing. That’s ok. Also, for a Bruce Lee movie, this film spends a lot of time with people other than Bruce Lee.
