Short Review: 100 Words or Less (no spoilers)
I enjoyed the journey, but I did not enjoy the destination. The film creates a fascinating story world and an intriguing mystery, combines it with compelling, unique and complicated characters, and builds towards what should be an amazing third act. But the ending of the film is a letdown, both structurally and emotionally. I was disappointed, which is a shame because this movie starts with so much potential and also has some strong performances, particularly by Joel Edgerton and an underused Kirsten Dunst.

Final Grade: C+
