Short Review: 100 Words or Less (no spoilers)
This one is interesting. Judging on the technical merits, it’s a solid film; but grading on the themes and underlying message of the story itself, I’m not so sure. Visually, it looks great and the special effects are top-notch. Artistically, the acting is solid with strong performances by Chris Pratt and Jennifer Lawrence. The script is clever and definitely thought-provoking, raising intriguing moral and ethical questions. However, the way the story ultimately answers those questions left me uneasy and a bit miffed. I won’t spoil anything here, but if you’ve seen the movie you probably know what I mean.

Final Grade: B
