Short Review: 100 Words or Less (no spoilers)
Season one is only three episodes, each one about an hour and a half. Even though it’s relatively brief, the inaugural season is an awesome introduction to this clever, witty and compelling show. The first episode is great; the second ep is a little stereotypical but still has some great character moments; and the third episode is even better than the first. The scripts are well written and the acting is superb. Benedict Cumberbatch is great as the arrogant, emotionless, and brilliant Sherlock Holmes and Martin Freeman is absolutely terrific as the stoic and noble John Watson.
