Short Review: 100 Words or Less (no spoilers)
This movie is quirky and I kinda like it. It’s a dark comedy that’s light on laugh-out-loud moments but heavy on irony and randomness. The script is witty and consistently does the opposite of what I was expecting. The movie is pretty fast paced, zipping along from one crazy situation to the next: an amusing hodgepodge of bumbled assassination attempts, double crosses, triple crosses, and unexpected revelations. Simon Pegg is the glue that holds the movie together, and he does a decent job here playing a character outside of his usual roles. Also, why isn’t Luke Hemsworth more famous yet?
