Short Review: 100 Words or Less (no spoilers)
There is so much happening here. So. Much. Happening. It’s like the cinematic equivalent of trying to monitor a pack of hyper children amped up on sugar and let loose together in a small room. It’s difficult to notice the things this movie does do well when you’re distracted by the whirlwind of characters, plots, subplots, good guys, bad guys, more bad guys, cameos, and all-around complete craziness. Everything feels rushed, scattered, under-developed, over the top, and just plain messy. The few things that did work were: Margot Robbie’s performance, Jay Hernandez’s storyline, and most scenes with Joel Kinnaman.
