Short Review: 100 Words or Less (no spoilers)
It’s clever, but it’s also stupid. I give credit to the writers for coming up with such a genius premise: Toy Story with food instead of toys, where the food learn the horrifying truth about their place in the real world. The set-up is great and the world created by the filmmakers is loaded with clever puns, witty references and inside jokes. But the R-rated crassness of the characters, funny for the first 20 minutes, never ends. The film becomes so… juvenile. I was hoping for something more than the same sex jokes over and over again. Such wasted potential!
